   l Warranties will automatically begin from the date you receive your item.

With our manufacturer's warranty, we guarantee to repair or replace a faulty product during the warranty period. If the product is damaged or defective, we offer a full warranty to repair or replace it within a reasonable time. All claims must be accompanied by original proof of purchase in the form of a valid receipt that displays the date and matching name of the customer on file.

   l The company will assist in repairing the product at no cost if the product is still under warranty.

   l The company will repair any broken parts of a product using new or replacement parts.

   l The product will be exchanged with a new product if there is a manufacturer defect Harvey cannot fix.
