Now, we introduce the CS-12v2 & CS-6v2 Combination Squares -- the radical redesign of the iconic combination square originally invented by Laroy S. Starrett in 1877.

A double angle slide (90° and 45° legs), which can be ergonomically handled with a black handle, moved freely on the ruler scale and clamped with a knurled nut, forms the heart of these layout tools.
Try Square
Each leg of the angle slide is individually calibrated tolie within a maximum deviation of 0.1° (6 ' angular minutes) in relation to the entire length of the ruler.
Miter Square
This combination stop angle is equipped with a 45° and a 90° leg and enables precise angular dimensions to be transferred to the workpiece .
Depth Gauge
This can be used to determine the depth of mortises, dados, rabbets, holes andother assorted recesses.
Marking Gauge
With this marking gauge, you can apply the necessary marking lines quickly and precisely.
Lengthened Legs
We have extended the two legs of the CS- 12v2 and CS- 6v2 compared to their traditional design in order to achieve greater angular accuracy in the layout. The precision-milled sliding carriage is equally suitable for both the 304.8mm and the 152.4mm ruler.
Same Scale on the Same Edge

The 12" and 6" Imperial blades feature left-to-right and right-to-left reading 32nds and 16ths.
(The 300mm and 150mm Metric blades feature left-to-right and right-to-left reading 1 mm with extra 0.5mm resolution at the end.)
You can mirror the angle around its longitudinal axis and read the same scale on the opposite side. This minimizes the potential for errors in layout creation considerably.
Laser-etched Graduations
All graduations are laser- etched-they are easy to read and you should have no difficulties with clarity.
Material
The DS-6v2 Combination Squares are milled from stainless steel.
plate stock which has great rust and wear resistance, and all the surfaces of the main body and legs are complete PVD coated presenting you with the unmatched scratch
resistance and incredible hardness.
